We began construction on this impressive estate in prestigious Port Royal in late 2020. Currently we are finalizing interior finishes which are especially noticeable in the tropically inspired, Bermuda-style main residence. Along with the guesthouse and gatehouse, the Rum Row estate will encompass 8,426 square feet under air and 12,412 square feet total when complete. We’re currently installing fine custom cabinetry and flooring. Expect to see the estate finished in Spring 2022!
