Diamond Custom Homes promotes Kacey Nelson to project manager

Luxury homebuilder Diamond Custom Homes has announced the promotion of Kacey Nelson to the position of project superintendent.

Nelson joined the company in May 2021 as job superintendent. In his new role, his responsibilities include ensuring projects progress on schedule and according to client expectations. Nelson serves as a liaison between the company and its homeowners, trade contractors and various company departments. He is responsible for coordinating necessary tools and knowledge to property execute jobs; working closely with homeowners, trade contractors and the company’s purchasing department to establish and maintain project budgets; and working with project coordinators on permit packages to advance projects to completion.
