Diamond Custom Homes breaks ground on Quail West spec home

Diamond Custom Homes recently broke ground on the Domenica spec home within Quail West Golf & Country Club abutting the third fairway of the Preserve Course.

The home was designed by R.G. Designs. The Domenica will feature interior design by EDGE Designer Adriene Ged and landscape architecture by Architectural Land Design. 

Comprising 5,991 square feet of air-conditioned living space, the custom floor plan will have five ensuite bedrooms, including one that can serve as a flex room, custom kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, breakfast nook, and wine room. The home will include two two-car garages, with a breezeway connecting the right-hand garage to the main residence. 

Including the outdoor living area, covered patio and fire table deck, the residence will encompass 9,707 total square feet.
