Luxury homebuilder Diamond Custom Homes has announced that construction is underway for a new 10,640 total square foot custom estate home in Grey Oaks Country Club.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking three signature golf holes on Grey Oaks Country Club’s prestigious Pine course, the coastal modern-style estate will feature Diamond Custom Homes’ trademark attention to detail and stunning craftsmanship along with individualized aesthetic features, guaranteeing its complete uniqueness and innovations.

An existing residence on the homesite was razed to accommodate a new custom home and detached garage.

“This project is special because we dismantled the older, original home to build a new custom estate befitting the client’s lifestyle and goals,” Diamond Custom Homes President Michael Diamond. “The overall structure is expansive and also incorporates a breezeway connecting to a guest house with its own terrace, as well as a detached four-car plus single golf cart garage.”

Designed by Stofft Cooney Architects, LLC, with interior design by EDGE in collaboration with Sandra Martone Interiors, and landscape architecture by Outside Productions, Inc., the six-bedroom, six full and two half-bath estate home will offer 7,470 air-conditioned square feet with study, fitness room and wine room on two living levels. The home’s spacious kitchen will include a walk-in pantry, in addition to a catering kitchen with a sink and additional appliances. The master suite will feature a sliding door that provides access to the master terrace. The great room will be highlighted by a gas fireplace and pocketed sliders opening to the outdoor living areas.

Outdoors, the expansive loggia will include a full kitchen and dining area; resort-style, rounded infinity edge pool with spa; stepping stones and fire bowls around the pool, and lower deck with fire pit. A 665 square-foot guest house, attached to the main home via a covered breezeway, will feature its own full bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The home will have an attached two-car garage, a detached four-car garage and a golf cart garage.

The residence is among several projects currently underway by Diamond Custom Homes within the community.
