The Building Dreams Foundation has announced that its fourth annual golf scramble raised more than $140,000, marking the event’s strongest fundraising year to date. The tournament, held at Quail West Golf and Country Club, brought together sponsors and community partners for a day of golf and giving.
This year’s proceeds will benefit several Southwest Florida nonprofits, including Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, the Holocaust Museum and Cohen Education Center and the Immokalee Foundation. The foundation will also select one additional beneficiary to receive a dedicated contribution, which will be announced later this year.
“The continued growth of this event is a direct reflection of the generosity within our community,” said Michael Diamond, president of Diamond Custom Homes. “Each year, we’re reminded of how much can be accomplished when people come together with a shared purpose. We’re grateful for everyone who participates and helps carry this mission forward.”
Founded in 2020, the Building Dreams Foundation focuses on expanding educational access, supporting affordable housing initiatives and strengthening community well-being across Collier and Lee counties. With this year’s total, the foundation has now raised more than $420,000 since its inception.
“We look forward to building on this momentum and welcoming even more players and partners to future events,” Diamond added.
