Diamond Custom Homes Completes Construction on Private Residence in Quail West

NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 23, 2016) – Diamond Custom Homes, a notable Luxury custom homebuilder in Southwest Florida, has recently completed construction of a beautiful private residence in the Naples community of Quail West. The all-new estate is the 11th Diamond home in the highly respected neighborhood.

Drawing stylistic inspiration from the West Indies, the home offers four bedrooms plus a study, as well as five baths and two half baths. Boasting astonishing golf and water views, the design was completed by architect Richard Guzman of G Designs. Also included is a four-car garage with porte-cochere, as well as a professional architectural hardscape design by Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design and planting design by Sunset Landscape Company. The interior design of the residence was completed by Sherri DuPont and Jody Keene of Collins & DuPont Design Group.

The home features state-of-the-art building technologies such as breathable wall systems, which prevent mold; Andersen casement windows with upgraded water proofing details; and Icynene insulation along with a high efficiency HVAC system to enhance the energy efficiency of the home. Additionally, the estate includes all block construction with poured arches.
