This estate home, soundly built and showcasing delicate French architecture, acted as strong base for Diamond’s remodel. Partnering with Pacifica Interior Design, Diamond set up a solid strategy to accentuate the home’s natural charm. “Our main priority was to open up the space,” explained Michael Diamond, president of Diamond Custom Homes. “We added a vast amount of subtle elements, which when aggregated, amounted to a much lighter and more ethereal space.”

In the kitchen, Diamond reconfigured the layout of the space by adding a marble island and marble counter space. New light fixtures and updated appliances along with a vibrant, airy backsplash above the range contributed to the new environment.

In the living room, Diamond created the feel of expanded space by rearranging the room’s configuration. By introducing finite and intricate woodwork to the walls and ceiling, the room is now able to grow its presence in a way beyond imaginable before. Outdoors, Diamond added a brick fireplace along with a substantial living area to entertain and an elegant dining space.

Pacifica Interior Design ensured every inch of the newly remodeled home was completed with luxury and sophistication.
